PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION NOTICE (KVKK)

Pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data may be processed by Olcay Global Danışmanlık Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“Olcay Global” or the “Company”) in its capacity as data controller, within the scope described below.

Your personal data may be transferred, to the extent necessary for the purposes stated above and in accordance with applicable legislation, to:

  • Public authorities and institutions authorized by law,

  • Competent judicial and administrative authorities where legally required.

Where personal data is transferred outside Türkiye, such transfers will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of KVKK governing international data transfers.

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed,

  • Request information regarding the processing of your personal data,

  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is being used in accordance with that purpose,

  • Learn the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,

  • Request deletion or destruction of your personal data where the legal conditions are met,

  • Request notification of correction, deletion, or destruction operations to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

  • Object to a result arising against you through the analysis of personal data exclusively by automated systems,

  • Request compensation if you suffer damage as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data.

7. How to Exercise Your Rights

You may submit your requests under KVKK by clearly stating your identity and request and sending them to:
